HydrocycLoan™, our hydrocyclone process evaluation program

We facilitate pilot hydrocyclone studies with the ChemIndustrial HydrocyLoan™ program. Evaluation kits are available to qualified processors at modest cost. The kits consist of:

• One (1) 2" ChemIndustrial Model HY2.0PP111 hydrocyclone
• One (1) 2" ChemIndustrial Model HY2.0PP100 hydrocyclone
• One (1) 3" ChemIndustrial Model HY3.0PP1111 hydrocyclone
• One (1) 3" ChemIndustrial Model HY3.0PP1000 hydrocyclone
• One (1) 316SS 5HP self-priming centrifugal pump with variable frequency drive (VFD)
• One (1) set of polypropylene valves, piping components and hoses
• One (1) stainless steel frame with support members

The program allows customers to test hydrocyclone separation on their own process liquids in their own plants without a purchase commitment. Process evaluation kits are available for a 30-day test period on short notice. Call ChemIndustrial for details about the HydroLoan™ program.
