Hydrocyclone Models

ChemIndustrial offers many different types of hydrocyclones in order to best suit your needs. No matter what your separation needs are, Chemindustrial has the right hydrocyclones for you.

ChemIndustrial offers hydrocyclones in a variety of materials:

Polypropylene - Chemically versatile and lightweight.

Stainless Steel - Higher heat and pressure thresholds with the corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel.

Urethane Lined Stainless Steel - Abrasion resistant AND corrosion resistant.

Elastomers - EPDM and Viton® are used primarily; more exotic materials are available on request.

hydrocyclones have many applications:

  • Liquid/Solid Separation - Ranging from desanding river water to recovering cells from biological process liquids.
  • Classification - Separation of solid particles from liquid flow based on particle size and/or density.
  • Degassing - Use centrifugal force to separate gasses from liquids.
  • Liquid/Liquid Separation - De-oiling contaminated water and similar separations.

hydrocyclones reduce cleaning times and energy costs, and require little to no maintenance because there are no moving parts! Sound too good to be true? It isn't. Call ChemIndustrial today to purchase a low cost, energy efficient solution to your separation problems. If you still have doubts, check out our HydrocyLOAN™ program to try out a hydrocyclone system.
