ThreeFlex™ Underflow Orifice

Underflow orifice plugging can be a fatal flaw in a hydrocyclone installation. Now there is a game-changing way for dealing with this problem.

ThreeFlex™ is an add-on automated pneumatic underflow variable orifice device with self-cleaning pulsed purge capability. In it's simplest form, the underflow orifice diameter is regulated by air pressure. Periodically, the orifice pulses open to full diameter so as to flush out blockage debris.

Generally, a ThreeFlex™ Controller is required to control purge timing. Typically, a single ThreeFlex™ Controller can handle a group of parallel hydrocyclones.
